Essential Job Functions:
Model superior customer service.
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
Possess the ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously.
Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
Assist customers with their selection of merchandise and offer additional product that compliments the purchase.
Qualifications:
Must have ability to get along with broad customer base.
Schooling or experience in merchandising and retail sales preferred.
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
Motorcycle Parts Advisor
Essential Job Functions:
Must have ability to get along with a broad customer base.
Knowledge and experience of Motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
Ability to look up parts and quote prices for parts using proper catalogue for particular motorcycle.
Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all customers with their shopping and purchase of merchandise
Qualifications:
Must have ability to get along with broad customer base.
Experience and Knowledge of Motorcycles and Motorcycle Parts preferred.
Schooling or experience in merchandising and retail sales preferred.
Experience with Point-of-Sale & computerized inventory systems or the ability to quickly learn.
Motorcycle Service Technicians
Essential Job Functions:
Perform all repairs and services with integrity and 100% accuracy. (Done right the first time)
Competent in diagnosing any and all systems and repairing properly according to OEM flowcharts.
Qualifications:
Motorcycle Technicians Experience of 5+ years.
